Installed correctly, the dimpled sheet protects insulation and waterproofing coating of the foundation wall from damage when the excavation pit is re-filled and compacted. The geotextile prevents clogging of the spaces between the dimples, thus ensuring the drainage of seepage and groundwater in accordance with the required DIN standards.
Installed horizontally, our NOD also supports drainage of green roofs and patios.

Installed correctly, the dimpled sheet protects insulation and waterproofing coating of the foundation wall from damage when the excavation pit is re-filled and compacted. The additional sliding film adheres to the waterproofing agent, enabling the dimpled sheet to detach when tensile and shear forces are applied during filling and settling of the excavation pit. The waterproofing is protected from damage and the penetration of moisture into the foundation walls prevented. The geotextile prevents clogging of the spaces between the dimples, thus ensuring the drainage of seepage and groundwater in accordance with the required DIN standards.
Installed horizontally, our NVG also supports drainage of green roofs and patios. Here too, the additional sliding layer protects waterproofing membranes.

Dimped Sheet XxX-tra is available with geotextile as well as with geotextile and sliding film. It is used for foundation wall protection and area drainage, whenever higher tensile strength and drainage capacity are required.

The applications of these dimpled sheets correspond to those of NOD and NVG. The adapted dimple shape and placement, in addition to the higher number of dimples, increase load baring capacity as well as drainage capacity.
In addition to foundation wall protection, this product is often used for walkable green areas and patio coverings.

Due to the 20 mm high dimples, this sheet has a very high water drainage capacity. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in tunnel construction, but also as a horizontal drainage layer where large quantities of water occur.
NID is also available with geotextiles in various laminations. Among other things, these versions can be used as a water retainment system and drainage for green roofs.
